Judgment unanimously affirmed. Order of August 2, 1949, modified on the law and the facts by striking from the first ordering paragraph the word "denied" and substituting in lieu thereof the word "granted", and by striking from the last ordering paragraph the following "Brooklyn Plastering Contractors Association, Inc."
