It appears without dispute that an original domestic and a replacement, each furnished by plaintiff at the request of defendant, were hired or accepted by the latter and remained in her service for one week. Irrespective of the claim by defendant that their work was unsatisfactory the services of plaintiff had been rendered by the furnishing of the domestics, who were accepted and employed by defendant.
