Order unanimously modified by reinstating the assessment for the year 1947-1948, and unanimously modified for the year 1948-1949 by fixing the value of the land at $295,000, and the building at $205,000, total of $500,000 and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants.
