Appellant and two codefendants were indicted for the crimes of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the first degree, and assault in the second degree. On May 27, 1930, appellant pleaded not guilty; on June 6, 1930, he withdrew his plea of not guilty, pleaded guilty to the crime of robbery in the second degree, and was sentenced on June 17, 1930.
