HUDGINS, Chief Justice.

Ruth H. Wray, administratrix of the estate of her husband, Rodney Atwell Wray, instituted this action against the Norfolk & Western Railway Company for damages for the wrongful death of decedent, which resulted when the truck he was driving was struck by a Norfolk & Western passenger train at a grade crossing in the city of Petersburg. From the judgment entered on the verdict for defendant plaintiff obtained this writ of error.
