At the time of the accident, a freight car owned by the defendant-respondent Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Company was standing on a track in appellant's terminal. The middle door of the car was closed. In preparation for the loading of the car, plaintiff and another pushed open said door. When it was open about two feet, it tilted over and fell on plaintiff.
