The plaintiff sued Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association of the Methodist Episcopal Church and Theodore Schlossbach to recover damages for injuries received from falling on a sidewalk on South Main Street, Ocean Grove, New Jersey. There was a directed verdict in favor of the Association and the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff against the defendant Schlossbach for $1,853.25. He appeals therefrom....
