Burkhardt, wherein Mrs. Bachrach sought the custody of her minor daughter, Lorein Burkhardt. The trial was before the court without the intervention of a jury and resulted in judgment in favor of Mrs. Florence R. Bachrach, awarding to her the custody of said minor daughter, from which judgment William L. Burkhardt...
