The facts set forth in the sixth defense attacking the Nevada divorce fail to show that the defendant was induced to appear in the Nevada action by fraud or duress. At most, the plea only alleges the motive or purpose behind such appearance. Accordingly, we find such defense insufficient in law. As the Nevada decree ratified and adopted the separation agreement between the parties, it follows that the fifth defense is likewise insufficient. We pass on no question other than...
