This is an appeal from an order overruling appellant's plea of privilege. It is alleged, and there is proof supporting the allegations, that R. L. Harrell, one of the defendants, negligently drove his automobile into the automobile in which appellees were riding, thereby proximately causing injuries and damages to appellees, for which they bring this suit. The collision occurred in Upshur County, as alleged. Harrell did not file a plea of privilege...
