The findings are that claimant is afflicted with chronic bronchitis with accompanying pulmonary emphysema which partially permanently disables him, and that he contracted it because of the nature of his employment by the employer appellant and was disabled thereby while so employed. These findings are sustained by competent evidence.

Decisions and award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation...
