The sole question raised by the appellants is whether the mother was partially dependent on her deceased son. Decedent lived with his parents and a younger brother who was not employed. Concededly the decedent gave his mother $50 per month and had been contributing this sum regularly for several years. These contributions continued during the three-year period while he was in the Army. The claimant testified that the amount of the contributions was necessary for her support...
