Appellant, Louise Freeman, brought a suit against appellees, W. T. Sistrunk & Co. and Morris King, for $5690 damages resulting from a collision between an automobile driven by said appellant and a truck owned by appellee Sistrunk and driven by appellee King. John D. Freeman, appellant, also instituted a suit against the same appellees for $1030 for damages to the automobile belonging to him, and for deprivation of its use. The cases were tried together...
