This is an original action in habeas corpus instituted by the petitioner, Jack Houston, Jr., for the purpose of securing his release from the city jail of Oklahoma City, where he is confined by reason of a charge filed in the municipal court of Oklahoma City, charging him with the violation of Ordinance No. 6331 of the ordinances of Oklahoma City.
