As so modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. There is no allegation that the corporation's by-laws required approval of the lease by a majority of the plaintiff congregation's membership or two thirds of the board of trustees, and no such statutory requirements exist. Section 207 of the Religious Corporations Law provides that the right of members of a congregation to vote at meetings "shall be fixed by its by-laws".
