PER CURIAM.

The appellant was convicted under six counts of an information charging him with violations of Section 145(b) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C.A. § 145(b). The defendant waived a jury trial and his case was accordingly tried by a judge of the district court without a jury. The trial judge made special findings in addition to a general finding of guilty. On this appeal the appellant urges that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction...
