PER CURIAM.

This is a negligence suit in which a verdict and judgment in the sum of $2,500.00 was awarded the plaintiff below. On appeal here the contention is made that the jury's verdict was grossly excessive. We have examined the entire record in light of the contention made and observe that the appellant-defendant adduced no testimony during the progress of the trial.
