Upon stipulation of the counsel for the plaintiff, made in open court, the judgment is unanimously modified by eliminating the provision which directs defendant to "turn over and deliver to plaintiff the bonds and mortgages on premises No. 1275 Westchester Avenue and No. 1042 Lowell Street", the bonds and mortgages to be cancelled and, as so modified, affirmed.
