We shall herein refer to plaintiff in error as the wife, to Harold I. Johnston, now deceased, as the husband, and to Marie B. Johnston, administratrix, as the second wife. The record discloses that the husband and wife had accumulated by their joint efforts real estate consisting of a residence property, a three-terrace rental property, and a two-family rental property.
