Appellee, Mikles, recovered judgment against Kern-Limerick, Inc. for $6,000, being $2,000 damages for defective repair of a WK1 tractor, and $4,000 damages for fraudulent misrepresentation regarding an HD1 tractor. To reverse that judgment there is this appeal.
