DUNAWAY, Justice.

The sole question for our decision is whether the will of D. L. Z. Chitwood was attested by two witnesses as required by our statute. From a finding of the Crawford Probate Court that the will was executed in the manner and form required by law comes this appeal.

D. L. Z. Chitwood, a retired insurance man, over eighty years of age, who resided in Mulberry, Crawford County, Arkansas, died at about five o'clock the morning of September 1, 1948...
