This is a motion to vacate, or in the alternative, modify, an order of this court dated June 2, 1949. That order granted the city's application to condemn certain lands in Queens County for a term of three years commencing June 14, 1949, as to a portion of the lands, and July 9, 1949, as to the remainder.

The lands involved are the site of the Rego Park Houses, an emergency housing project...
