This suit is for the recovery of a sum of money equal to certain income taxes paid the Government of the United States for the years 1942 to 1947, inclusive. The appellant, Brad Love Sneed, the surviving wife of J. T. Sneed, Jr., filed the suit against the appellees, Elizabeth Sneed Pool, individually, and L. J. Haile, H. C.
