Defendant was found guilty by a jury on two counts of an indictment: (1) for possession of 500 forged and counterfeited $20 Federal Reserve Notes and 940 forged and counterfeited $10 Federal Reserve Notes and (2) for conspiracy to pass, utter, and to keep and possess, with intention to defraud, counterfeit $10 and $20 Federal Reserve Notes.
