The United States, the respondent, appeals from an order of the District Court for the Southern District of New York, vacating a decree in the admiralty which had dismissed the libel of a seaman for personal injuries suffered while upon one of the respondent's ships; and transferring the suit to the Northern District of Ohio. On January 29, 1946, the libellant sued under the Suits in Admiralty Act
