Proffitt (the San Angelo National Bank intervened) against Providence Washington Insurance Company, on a policy of insurance upon his automobile, for damage to the automobile caused by collision and upset in the waters of North Concho River on a crossing along First Street in the City of San Angelo, under the section of the insurance policy concerning collision and upset.
