This proceeding has been instituted by the petitioner pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review the determination of the Comptroller of the State of New York which disallowed the claim of the petitioner and refund payment to her of the sum of $3,876.66, with accumulated interest, held by him as abandoned property pursuant to sections 1000 and 1003 of the Abandoned Property Law.
