This is a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act for an order in the nature of prohibition, restraining the respondent Commissioners of Appraisal from hearing and making a determination on a claim filed with said commissioners on July 20, 1950, by respondents Crawford Brothers, Inc. (hereinafter called claimant).
