The petitioner is a long-term lessee of a building which was occupied by various tenants up to May, 1950. During June all of these tenants moved from the building. On or about July 7, 1950, petitioner leased the entire building to Frank Roncarelli at a rental of $2,000 per month. On August 1, 1950, Roncarelli sublet a portion of the said premises on the street level to the undertenant Paramount Air Coach Agency Inc., at a rental of $800...
