This appeal is from a divorce judgment on the alleged grounds that the judgment is not supported by the pleadings or the evidence. The parties were married on July 5, 1941, and lived together until June 17, 1949. Two children were born to the marriage, namely, Maxine, age 6, and Douglas, age 4, and the parties own a small community estate consisting partly of a small home.
