This appeal is from a judgment for the plaintiff entered on verdict of a jury in an action to recover damages for personal injuries received by plaintiff while a passenger in a 1929 Model A Ford owned and driven by his brother. The injuries resulted from a collision between the automobile and a slow-moving railroad tank car at a railroad crossing in the City of Minneapolis.
