Jennie Wise sued Muriel Novack Coleman for $25,000 damages on account of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment for defendant. She assigns error in the refusal of her instruction No. A, and claims defendant's instructions Nos. II and III were erroneous because of said refusal.

Plaintiff was defendant's guest on an automobile trip from St. Louis to the Atlantic
