In this case the plaintiff seeks to recover $93,545.80 with interest from January 28, 1942, representing the fourth installment of income and profits taxes, with interest, shown to be due upon the return for the calendar year 1918 filed by the Louisville Woolen Mills, a corporation, and which tax was duly assessed by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue against said corporation.
