This action was originally brought by sixty employees of defendant corporation under §§ 7 and 16 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 207 and 216, to recover back overtime pay and liquidated damages. The case originally came before the late Judge Healey of this court, and was referred by him to a master. The master held hearings for thirty-four days, at which 3,575 pages of testimony were taken and 224 exhibits...
