The bill in this cause was filed in the Chancery Court of Hawkins County by the widow of a deceased employee, to recover death benefits on a policy of Workmen's Compensation Insurance from the Insurance Company of the employer. The employer is a partnership, McDonald & Sons Company, which, in a single business, operates a grain mill in Rogersville, and a 1,000-acre farm in the county nearby.
