This is an appeal from a final decree in admiralty holding that appellees have a maritime and attachment lien entitling them to recover from and against the fund deposited with the Treasurer of the United States on account of just compensation for the vessel Arauca the sum of $37,500 as proctors' fees for services performed on behalf of the said Arauca.
