Copeland for damages under the Code, § 105-1411, and for injunctive relief, alleging that he had falsely and maliciously slandered the plaintiff's title to a described tract of land — 26.5 acres, more or less, located originally in Gwinnett, later Milton, but now DeKalb County, Georgia.
