The defendant, charged with having violated an ordinance of the city of Los Angeles, entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to pay a fine of $500. Shortly thereafter he moved the trial court to set the judgment aside on the ground that the ordinance was in conflict with section 481 of the Fish and Game Code and with section 133 of the Harbors and Navigation Code.
