On April 10, 1946, the 96th District Court of Tarrant County awarded appellant a decree of divorce against appellee, Jim Novy. The decree recites: "* * * that contemporaneously herewith plaintiff and defendant have entered into a property settlement agreement whereby and whereunder they have divided the property hereinafter adverted to among themselves."
