This suit for divorce was brought in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Missouri, by Herman J. Cody, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against his wife, Lydia G. Cody, hereinafter referred to as defendant. After a hearing the court awarded a decree of divorce in favor of plaintiff.
