Mitchell Thomas Bisanar, the plaintiff in error, was charged by information filed in the county court of Pittsburg county, with the crime of driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, upon and along U.S. Highway 270, in the city limits of McAlester. The jury found the defendant guilty as charged, with punishment assessed at a fine of $25. The case has been by the defendant duly appealed...
