This is an action for divorce instituted by the husband. The sole error urged here is that the trial court abused its discretion in proceeding with the trial in the absence of the defendant-wife. The parties involved were married on January 30, 1946. Both had been married previously. This suit was instituted on October 6, 1948 and an answer filed therein on November 3, 1948.
