Stratmeyer, testamentary trustees of the will of Julius Stratmeyer, deceased, and Burkhardt Wurts to recover the sum of $100,000 down payment and incidental expenses of approximately $12,000 arising out of a contract between the parties involving the sale of all the capital stock of Penn Service Oil Company.
