BLUME, Justice.

This action was brought by the plaintiffs, Samuel J. Phelps and Leah Phelps, against the defendants for damages in the sum of $10,500 on account of the wrongful destruction of their home in Rock Springs, Wyoming, by gas explosion. The court found in favor of the plaintiffs and against the Northern Utilities Company and rendered judgment against the latter for the sum of $8,395 and costs. That...
