The complaint in this suit charges that the Allis-Chalmers Manufacturing Company failed to fill an order for goods of the approximate value of $927,500.08 submitted to it on June 20, 1945, under a dealership contract by Harry D. Green, a dealer in Columbia, South Carolina, and thereby Allis-Chalmers broke the contract and Green suffered a loss of profits in the sum of $200,000.
