Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

In Docket No. 16887 the respondent determined a deficiency of $14,600.21 in the petitioner's income tax liability for the year 1944. In Docket No. 17169 he determined deficiencies of $19,794.36 and $51,947.82 in the petitioner's income tax liability for the years 1941 and 1943, respectively.
