VAN FOSSAN, Judge:

The respondent determined a deficiency of $17,222.10 in the petitioner's excess profits tax liability for its fiscal year ending January 31, 1943, and deficiencies of $13.93 and $5,474.81 in its income tax liability and its excess profits tax liability, respectively, for its fiscal year ending January 31, 1944. The petitioner claims an overpayment of $40.48 for the fiscal year ending January 31, 1944.
