Plaintiff brought suit under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., and recovered a verdict of $6,500.00. Defendant filed a motion for a new trial, on several grounds, but in argument and brief, is apparently only pressing its objections to the charge.
