This is an appeal from a judgment on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff in an action for damages for the death of plaintiff's intestate, Donald Gunter, in a collision between a pick-up truck driven by the deceased and a transport truck and trailer driven by Gorman Smith, an employee of his co-defendant, Strickland Transportation Company.
