This is a suit brought by Annie Mae Gilford, as administratrix of the estate of Lamar Gilford, deceased, against Emergency Aid Insurance Company, a corporation, on a policy of insurance issued by it to Price Lumber Company of Clio, Alabama, on June 10, 1948, whereby it insured the employees of Price Lumber Company against loss of life by accidental means. Lamar Gilford was employed by Price Lumber Company at about one o'clock P. M. on June 26, 1948...
